The skills and sensitivity acquired during a long stay in Bolivia have made it possible to fully understand the stakes of the mandate.

With photos of the site, architectural plans and inspirational images, it become possible to design this project from Montreal in collaboration with customers.

To benefit the architect in charge of the project, the plans of the design section were annotated in the language of the country and designed with local manufacturing methods.

The materials were chosen on site and confirmed here. The experience was conclusive and enriching for all the collaborators.

Today this Villa welcomes traveler from all over the planet.
